Just came back from training, very tired, did some neck training which really killing me now. My neck is so weak and my head is so heavy. Ahhh! But of course, I love training, training make me stronger and better. Haha. The weather nowadays is very warm, i guess that is the reason why people getting sick. So my advice will be...... Drink more water and do more exercise. These will keep u away from all those sickness. But if any of you already fall sick, then rest more. So please take care!
